Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • Graham crackers

 

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth; beat in sugars just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate, covered, until firm enough to shape, about 2 hours.
  2. Shape mixture into a ball. Wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  3. To serve, roll cheese ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chilled 750-mL bottle prosecco
  • 1 cup chilled cranberry juice (no-sugar-added but sweetened with fruit juice)
  • 2 ounces orange liqueur
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish

 

Preparation:

  1. Stir 750 milliliters of prosecco, 1 cup cranberry juice and 2 ounces orange liqueur together in a pitcher.
  2. Pour into champagne flutes and garnish with cranberries and rosemary sprigs.
