Ingredients

  • 3 coups vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 cup ground pecans
  • 1 cup confectioner sugar
  • 1 ½ TBS cocoa
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • 1 TBS light corn syrup

 

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Form into balls
  3. Roll each in confectioner sugar

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz bourbon
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1-2 TBS Honey
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 1 cinnamon stick

 

Preparation

  1. Boil at least a cup of water to boiling
  2. Pour it into the mug to warm the glass and then pour it back into the pan
  3. Add bourbon into the mug
  4. Add honey and lemon on top of bourbon
  5. Add hot water
  6. Stir with cinnamon stick
