Ingredients

  • 1 box corn flakes
  • 1 bag Butterscotch Chips
  • 2 cups peanut butter

 

Preparation

  1. In a double boiler, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together until smooth.
  2. Add 12 cups of corn flakes.
  3. Mix.
  4. Using an ice cream scooper, place mix on a wax paper covered baking pan. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vanilla rum
  • 1.5 oz white chocolate liquor
  • .5 oz peppermint schnapps
  • 1 small candy cane
  • Crushed candy cane for rim

 

Preparation 

  1. With a mallet, crush a candy cane into near powder leaving some pieces larger than others. Place in a small, flat dish large enough to accommodate the top of the martini glass.
  2. Moisten a paper towel with some vanilla rum and run it along the rim of your martini glass.
  3. Dip the glass into the candy cane powder and set aside.
  4. To a cocktail shaker, add ice, vanilla rum, white chocolate liquor, and peppermint schnapps.
  5. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  6. Strain and pour into the garnished glass. Add full candy cane as garnish. Serve immediately!
